Sure Raikage, might have the power an speed: but he really lacks in the smarts department, and is quite vunerable to any genjutsu Itachi, could throw at him.

I prefer the Raikage as a character, but frankly if it's Itachi with no sickness I'm going with Itachi.

I think regardess of Itachi, being sick or not: he'd still be able to genjutsu Raikage, into an oblivion - thus reducing him to big muscular man child who needs to wear diapers, an have nurse maids for the rest of his life.
